The staff assisted with organizing a beachside proposal, everything was flawless. the beach setting was intimate, beautifully lit, and perfectly arranged for the event. it created the ideal backdrop for the proposal. I couldn't have asked for more (it was magical!).

I arrived tired and the room was not ready for 2 hours. The first room was small. After paying extra for a better view, the phone operator insisted a partial view was the only option with 60% of the view blocked by a wall.

I found the staff cute. I especially appreciate Deepak who made superb Mojito Mocktails! Amgad and Caroline were lovely and checked on my experience. Ghizlane arranged a breakfast to go, which I found helpful. The wellness focus was evident through lighter, nutritious food options. This is superb. Calm surroundings are noticeable and genuinely kind hospitality is delivered.

the staff was very kind, i felt grateful. the food was also amazing, especially the buffet selection at dinner included great variety. i also enjoyed the pool area with the private beach. sunbeds were always available and i could relax there every afternoon.

the room cleanliness was not great, i smelled something funny on the bed. it was loud early in the morning and it disturbed my sleep. i found it somewhat annoying
